After our debt collection agent, Mr. Delacroix submitted his formal compalint to Apple to remove the United Payments app from the Apple Store, yesterday we got the follwing message from Apple. we strongly encouraged by Apple attitued and positive that Apple will ensure no more victims will be robbed in the future.

Hello ,

Thank you for taking the time to share your concern about the app, "United Payments." Your case was escalated to App Store Review.
Apple takes violations of the App Store Review Guidelines very seriously. For this reason, I have forwarded your feedback to the appropriate internal team. Someone from that team will investigate and follow up as needed with the developer.
Due to privacy reasons, we can only share communications about an app with its developer. Therefore, we will not be able to provide you with updates about this matter.
Rest assure Apple won't support any fraudelant activity or protect scammer and therefore the complaint has been submitted with our legal bureau as well to seek for legal advice. Thank you for your cooperation. Your case number is 100897400710.
Best regards,
